Charli XCX & Troye Sivan release new single "1999"
Charli XCX and Troye Sivan dropped their new single 1999.
The nostalgic pop song is full of fun 90s references. They even have a throw back to lyrics from our favorite princess of pop – Britney Spears! Charli sings, “I just wanna go back, back to 1999/Take a ride to my old neighborhood/I just wanna go back, sing/’Hit me baby, one more time."
We also love their Matrix inspired album cover art! It's very fitting considering the movie did release in 1999. This is the last single from Charli’s 2018 summer single collection.
