Comedian Rizwan Manji impersonates corporate kiss ass Ajit Pai
It's pretty clear that aside from being a terrible person, Ajit Pai also wants to be a celebrity. Between creating a stupid attempt for a viral video and drinking out of that stupid giant Reese's mug, the cry for attention is disgusting. The mass South-Asian community rejects Pai and his asinine frat boy behavior. In a video released on Wednesday by the conservative website the Daily Caller, Pai takes a two-minute tour through five years of internet bait. There are references to “Star Wars” and “Game of Thrones.” There are puppies, Instagrammed food, a selfie stick and the Harlem Shake. The Federal Communications Commission voted to repeal net neutarlity this Thursday in a 3-2 vote along party lines - Pai got his wish. The video, however, is getting less love online than he might have expected.
Brown Hollywood doesn't get the opportunity to do celebrity impersonations... you know because we're still fighting for equal representation. Leave it to Hollywood Desi veteran Rizwan Manji to take the opportunity to to use comedy to spread a message of activism. At the end of the video Manji urges everyone to visit www.battleforthenet.com to further learn how this decision affects them and how they can get involved.
The brains behind the viral hit “Harlem Shake” are threatening legal action against Federal Communications Commission Chairman Ajit Pai for his use of the song in an advertisement for the FCC’s repeal of net neutrality rules. After famed DJ Diplo tweeted at the song’s producer Harry Rodrigues ― a DJ better known as Baauer ― about Pai’s use of the song, Rodrigues tweeted on Thursday afternoon that he’d be “taking action.”
