Charli XCX is the new face of Marc Jacobs's SS18 Eyewear collection! We're loving the 70's inspired shades!
Just last fall the 25-year-old British singer attended her very first Marc Jacobs fashion show. She sat front row with the likes of Nicki Minaj and Courtney Love. She talks about her experience, "It is very interesting going to shows. There is a certain atmosphere that is not really created in many other places. There’s a sense of excitement and nervousness, an interesting combination. And, also, it’s funny that there are so many amazing clothes in one room; of course the runway, but even people who are just sitting there. There are so many serious outfits. It's a room full of characters.”
Jacob's discusses his inspiration for the eyewear campaign:
"To launch our spring sunglasses, we ventured into the Las Vegas desert with British singer Charli XCX, who test drove the styles with looks from the spring runway. The results: sultry, strong, and blindingly beautiful."
